| 摘 要： | 针对木浆蒸球的料孔圈上含有未焊缝缺陷的情况，设计模拟疲劳试验。通过对模拟４种状况的试样所测得的数据，对蒸球使用寿命进行了定量分析。测试结果表明：在标定内压下工作，焊缝缺陷对蒸球使用寿命的影响较小，而在经常性的超荷下运行会使该结构的使用寿命显著减少。

| Abstract: | As there were penetration defects on the filler hole of the rotary spherical digester,the simulating fatigue test was designed and implemented.By means of the experimental method,the working life of the digester was estimated.The results show that the lack of penetration will have more influence on the working life of the digester when it is working under extra working pressure especially,and less influence when it is working under normal working pressure. |
