摘    要:采用真空浸渍加热分解的方法制备了载银活性碳纤维(ACF(Ag))。以大肠杆菌为研究对象,用抑菌环试验研究了ACF(Ag)的灭菌性能以及银含量、银颗粒大小及原始活性碳纤维(ACF)的比表面积等因素对其灭菌性能的影响规律。结果表明,ACF(Ag)的灭菌性能随银含量和比表面积的增加而加强,在银含量相同时,其灭菌性能随银颗粒的减小而增强。

Abstract:Activated carbon fibers supporting silver (ACF(Ag)) were prepared by vacuum impregnation and decomposition processes. Escherichia coli JM109 was chosen to study the antibacterial activity of the ACF(Ag) by the halo method. Such factors as silver content,silver particle size,specific surface area et al. which influenc the antibacterial property of the ACF(Ag) were investigated. Results show that the antibacterial activity of the ACF(Ag) increases with the increase of silver content and specific surface area- Moreover,the decrease in silver partic1e size also results in the improved antibacterial property of the ACF(Ag).
