基于绿地系统规划的城市避难空间问题探究

根据我国的城市灾害实际情况,依托不同级别的绿地建立避难空间体系仍将是今后城市规划的主要选择.指出了我国城市绿地建设在避难减灾方面存在的重宏观微观,轻中观;重形态,轻功能;重比例,轻人均;重平地,轻山地等规划设计问题,并借鉴亚洲其他地震频发国家和地区的建设实例,提出在规划设计中依托绿地系统完整构建城市避难体系,合理设置各级避难场所,充分利用场地设施,切实满足避难要求等建议.

Analysis of spatial planning for urban disaster refuge space based on green space system design
