| 摘 要： | 为了提高对ChiariⅠ型畸形的MRI诊断，笔者收集了20例ChiariⅠ型畸形病例，详细分析了本病的MRI表现，并讨论了ChiariⅠ型畸形的发生和MRI诊断．

| Abstract: | In order to improve diagnostic accordance rate with MRI for the Chiari I malformation, we collected 20 cases of this disease and analyzed in detail its MRI manifestations then discussed the occurrence and MRI diagnosis for Chiari I malformation. |
