| 摘 要： | 感官评估实验是一种应用范围较广的获取预测与决策数据的方法.论文按照控制点的位置,将感官评估实验系统划分为三阶段,应用模糊综合评判建立一个合理性评价模型,通过示例说明模型的应用.

| Abstract: | The experiment of sensory evaluation is widely used in many fields for getting the date of forecasting and decision. The experiment system is divided into three stages according to the site of control, and the method of fuzzy technology is used in building the model for evaluating the rationality of experiment system of sensory evaluation, and the application of the model is illustrated by an example. |
