教育学院学者有效参与学校改进的困境与突破

摘    要:教育学院作为基础教育教学研究、师资培训的前沿阵地,应是支援中小学学校改进的中坚力量。然而,因职能错位,当前教育学院学者参与学校改进不同程度地面临遭遇沟通困难、动机缺失、信赖危机和发展断裂等现实困境。突破困境的切入点在于转变角色,将全面提升教师的校本教研能力作为关键职能,通过系统培训和校本课题指导提升教师的校本教研能力,并以制度建设为支撑,培育学校变革文化。

Abstract:As the front of basic education teaching research and teacher training, education institutes should be the backbone of supporting the improvement of primary and secondary schools. However, researchers of education institutes, to varying degrees, are currently caught up in dilemmas of communication difficulties, lack of motivation, crisis of confidence and development interruption while participating in school improvement, because of inappropriate functions. The crucial step to break the dilemmas is to transform researchers roles and to comprehansively enhance the school-based teaching and research capacity of teachers. Teachers research ability should be raised by systematic training and school-based projects in order to support the institution construction and cultivate the culture of school reform.
