摘    要:工作流真是支持过程改进的有效技术,从建模角度介绍了以过程为核心,集成产品、资源,组织和控制评价等信息的工作流元模型。该元模型用为指导和约束具体的工作流建模,可以利用对象约束语言进行深入刻画,从执行角度解释了基于ECA规划的工作流仿真机制。按照WindowsDNA三层结构,它分用户界面层,业务逻辑层和数据库层,仿真引擎构建业业务逻辑层。在此基础就一个软件开发过程的实你,依据过程度量指标,利用仿真结果分析了各种可能的改进方案。

Abstract:Abstract: The workflow simulation is a useful approach for research on process improvement. On one hand this paper introduces a workflow meta-model, which is a process-centric integrated multi-view model including the product, the resource, the organization, and the evaluation information. The meta-model is used to guide and constrain the workflow modeling and can be described formally by object constraint language. On the other hand, the architecture of workflow simulation system is explained. It supports ECA rules and is made up of three layers just as windows DNA, that is the user interface layer, the business logic layer and the data layer. On the basis of the two points, an example about software development process is given. Three improvement solutions are analyzed according to the process metrics.
