渠系蓄量补偿下游常水位运行方式研究

摘    要:把蓄量补偿原理应用到常规下游常水位运行方式中,根据已知的初始和最终需求流量之间的蓄量变化,以及对水流传播到渠道下游所需时间的估计,来安排各渠段入流的变化过程,并把该流量变化过程作为控制器的前馈输入,同时利用渠段实时目标水位进行反馈控制,使渠系在蓄量补偿作用下实现了下游常水位运行.结合渠道运行控制系统的基本结构,建立了该运行方式下的长距离输水渠系运行控制仿真模型.通过对实际工程进行仿真计算,结果表明,蓄量补偿下游常水位运行方式无论在渠道运行控制性能指标上,还是渠道的响应时间上,都明显优于常规下游常水位运行方式及流量主动补偿下游常水位运行方式.
