| 摘 要： | 介绍了洁净室高效空气过滤器安装检漏的重要性,对《洁净室施工及验收规范》(GB 50591—2010)中有关高效空气过滤器安装检漏的可行性进行了分析,提出了易于实施的检漏方案,主要强调对高效空气过滤器本身的检漏与对其边框的检漏应分开进行,以防止对净化空调系统的污染。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the importance of installation leak-detection of HEPA filter in clean room, analyzes the feasibility of installation leak-detection of HEPA filter set in ＂Code for construction and acceptance of clean-room＂ （GB 50591--2010）, puts forward a leak-detection scheme that is easy to implement, and mainly emphasizes that the leak- detection for HEPA filter it self and the leak-detection for its borders should be done separately in order to prevent the pollution of clean air conditioning system. |
