在介绍气相缓蚀剂缓蚀原理的基础上,对缓蚀剂的使用浓度、特定体系选用缓蚀剂种类及其最佳用量进行了实验。结果显示,气相缓蚀剂具备使用方便、干净、效果好的优势,能够满足结构复杂、系统庞大的热力设备的停用保护。

The Application of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor in Lay-up Protection of Thermal Equipment in Power Station

Based on introducing the principle of the corrosion inhibition of volatile corrosion inhibitor, this paper makes the test on the working concentration of volatile corrosion inhibitor, and the type and optimum volume of volatile corrosion inhibitor selected for specific system. The results show that the volatile corrosion inhibitor is easy to use, clean, and has good using effect, and can satisfy the lay-up protection of the thermal equipment with complex structure and huge system.
