| 摘 要： | R&D融资的特殊性导致其相应治理问题的特殊性,针对这个特殊性分析了法律规制和政府监管在R&D融资中的作用及互补关系;建立了科技创新投资初始阶段的治理框架;针对关键环节明确了政府监管的内容以及相应措施。

| Abstract: | Particularity of R&D investment lead to the special nature of the corresponding governance issues,we view this special analysis of the role and complementary relations of the legal regulations and government supervision in R&D investment, and then establish the governance framework of the initial stage of investment in science and technology innovation.At last,we get the content and the corresponding measures of government regulation for the key link. |
