摘    要:用模拟人体体液成分配制的各种浸提液在40℃条件下浸渍、振荡样品,提取液经APDC-MIBK萃取后以原子吸收光谱法测定纤维中游离态的Cr(Ⅲ)/Cr(Ⅵ)残留量,探讨用含铬金属染料或助剂染色的衣物经汗/唾液浸提后痕量铬的定量分析方法与限量控制标准.此方法可用于包括婴幼儿衣物在内的纺织品中不同形态铬残留量的安全测试,对标准溶液其线性关系良好(r>0.999),检测限量(LOD)可达0.05mg/kg,回收率95%~103%,RSD介于1.2%~5.0%.经实际样品测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A high performance determination method with AAS for Chromium residues from the metal complex dyes or metal treatment agents applied in baby textiles has been developed. The whole pretreatment process of these textile samples includes extraction with medium solution similar to baby - body liquid composition at 40C, concentration process with APDC , and testing method optimization . For standard solution , a good liner response is maintained over the range 0.5 - 10 mg/L ( r = 0.999) . Average LOD for the metal tested is 0.05 mg/kg. Several natural fabrics are studied and results are satisfied.
