信阳地区特种稻种子氨基酸含量的检测分析

摘    要:以信阳地区具有代表性的20份特种稻为试验材料,采用近红外谷物分析仪,对其种子中的氨基酸含量进行检测与分析.结果表明:不同特种稻种子中的总体氨基酸含量存在明显差异,黑香稻与信粳糯631种子中总氨基酸含量相差26.64 mg/g;总的必需氨基酸以及各类必需氨基酸含量存在丰富的变异,特别是豫农32和矮秆香稻丸等特种稻品种内总的必需氨基酸含量较高;在20份特种稻种子中限制性氨基酸含量、杂环族氨基酸含量以及芳香族氨基酸含量均存在较大的变异,其中来源于息县的矮杆香稻丸种子中赖氨酸含量、杂环族氨基酸含量和芳香族氨基酸含量均相对较高.因此,针对信阳地区特种稻种子中总氨基酸含量、限制性氨基酸含量以及必需氨基酸含量均较高的品种,可以考虑作为优质特种稻新品种选育的骨干亲本.

Detection and Analysis of Amino Acid Contents of Special Rice Seeds in Xinyang

Abstract:The contents of amino acids in seeds of 20 representative special rice varieties in Xinyang area were de-tected and analyzed by near infrared grain analyzer. The results showed that there were significant differences in the to-tal amino acid content of different special rice seeds. The total amino acid content in Heixiangdao seeds was 26.64 mg/g higher than that of Xingengnuo 631. There were abundant variations in the contents of essential amino acids and totalessential amino acids. Especially, the contents of total essential amino acids in some special rice varieties such asYunong 32 and Aiganxiangdaowan were higher than those in other rice varieties. In the seeds of special rice varieties,the contents of restrictive amino acids, heterocyclic amino acids and aromatic amino acids varied greatly. Among them,the contents of lysine, heterocyclic amino acids and aromatic amino acids in Aiganxiangdaowan from Xixian Countywere relatively higher. Therefore, for the varieties with high contents of total amino acids, restricted amino acids andessential amino acids in the seeds of special rice varieties in Xinyang area, which can be considered as the backboneparents for the breeding of new special rice varieties with high quality in the future.
