中子辐照对晶体硼比热容影响的实验研究

摘    要:在中国原子能科学研究院的微型堆上对高纯度晶体硼粉末样品进行了不同时间(16、24、32、40、48、56、64 h)的辐照,然后用调制差示扫描量热法(MDSC)分别测量了不同中子辐照注量样品的比热容.结果表明,100℃~380℃温度范围内的平均比热容随中子辐照注量线性增大,决定系数为0.9896.最后对实验结果从理论上进行了分析.

Experimental Study on Effect of Neutron-irradiation on Specific Heat Capacity of Crystalline Boron

Abstract:High purity crystalline boron powder samples were irradiated on the micro reactor of China Institute of Atomic Energy in different periods of time(16,24,32,40,48,56,64 h).The specific heat capacity of the samples were measured by means of the modulated differential scanning calorimetry(MDSC).The results showed that the average specific heat capacity of the samples in the temperature range of 100 ℃ ~380 ℃ increases linearly with the neutron fluence and the coefficient of determination is 0.989 6. Finally the result was analyzed theoretically.
