| 摘 要： | 本文论述了扫描转镜厚芳，扫描光呸不平行度与仪器误差的关系，同时分析了激光束发散度对边缘检测信号准确性的影响，提出了根据所轧棒线材名义尺寸自动实时校正测量误差的方法。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the thickness of optical scan rotating-mirrur,the parallelism ofscan beam,and the measuring error of the instrument is discussed,the effect of di vergency of laserbeam on edge-detection accuracy is analyzed,and a method of on-line autocalibratiun measuring errorby nominal size of rolled rod is presented. |
