冲击载荷下热喷涂涂层的塑性变形行为分析

摘    要:采用APS-Ar/H2,APS-Ar/He和CDS三种工艺制成的Cr3C2-25%NiCr涂层,在自制的冲击磨损试验机上对其进行了冲击特性试验研究.根据试验结果和相应的实验分析,结合晶体位错理论,初步探讨了涂层在冲击条件下的变形机理.理论分析认为,涂层所产生的塑性变形不是连续的,表面变形也是不均匀的,是一个累积过程,这主要与冲击动能和涂层的微结构有关。

Abstract:Experimental investigation of impact wear performance of Cr3C2 25%NiCr coatings deposited by the APS Ar/H2 and APS Ar/He plasma spray and CDS detonation spray has been carried out using a self made impact wear rig. Based on the test results and experimental analysis, mircodeformation mechanism of the coating under impact is discussed preliminarily according to crystal dislocation theory, providing a theoretical and experimental basis for the application of this kind of coating.
