| Abstract: | Forward-hand somersault is one of the fundamental, important and pivotal movements in skill gymnastics. Accurate application of analysis of biological mechanics is presented. The results obtained provide foundation for the grasp of the skill of forward-hand somersault, the improvement of training method and raising teaching level. |
