竖直网状加热元件自然对流的解析模型

摘    要:本文根据宏观流场与微观(局部)流场的交互作用的概念,为竖直放置的网状加热元件的自然对流传热提出一种新的解析模型.据此可确定金属网的局部放热系数及表面温度.计算结果与实验数据显示出令人满意的一致性.文章还提出了用以计算网状加热元件的局部对流放热系数的无因次准则方程式,可用于工程实践.

Abstract:An analytical model based on the concept of macro- and micro-field interaction is developed for natural convection from heated screens. Based on this model, the local heat transfer coefficients and surface temperature have been predicted. The agreement between the analytical results and experimental data is satisfactory. A non-dimensional criterion equation for the prediction of the local heated transfer rate and the surface temperature on vertical heated screens has been proposed. That is of significance for engineering application.
