| 摘 要： | 本文从高校学报办刊方向、师范性和学术性关系、清理倾向性的社会思潮、发展校际间联合等方面,提出了深化改革的必要性。明确指出,高校学报应该把贯彻党的教育方针和高校教育改革方向做为深化改革的主旋律。使教育与科学的统一,师范性和学术性的完美结合。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author puts forward the necessity of further reforming from four espects, such as the direction of university journal, relation between pedgogism and academic content, clearing away tendency of social thought, developing association among universities, and points out definitly that it should be made the main melody in further reforming that the university journal should carry out our party's educatin policy and reformatiom goat in university education so as to intergrate education with science, well combine pedgogism with academic content. |
