摘    要:青钱柳种子含有丰富的脂肪和蛋白质,其含量分别达到50%和45%左右;在自然层积过程中,粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白、淀粉含量逐渐减少,可溶性糖含量明显增加,相应酶的活性呈增加的趋势,这与贮藏物质的降解相一致,说明贮藏物质在层积过程中不断地分解代谢,为青钱柳种子的萌发做物质和能量准备.

Abstract:Changes in biochemical composition and enzyme activity were investigated during seeds stratification under nature temperature. The results indicated that crude fat and protein constituted the bulk of the storage reserves in mature seeds of Cyclocarya paliurus, accounting for 50% and 45% respectively. During stratification, the content of crude fat, soluble protein and starch all gradually declined, but the content of soluble sugars obviously increased. The activities of all the studied enzymes in the stratified seeds increased significantly as compared to those in control ones. The increased total activity of the lipase, amylase and protease was concurrent to degradability of fat, starch and protein, indicating that the substance and energy for germination of seeds were being well prepared. The results would provide an useful reference to find out the germination physiology of C. paliurus seeds.
