| 摘 要： | 针对中小型 PL C控制系统显示中存在的占用输出点数多、执行时间长等一些实际问题 ,介绍了一种硬软件相结合的解决方法 .显示接口电路以地址译码和显示单元选择相配合 ,仅用 1 6点输出 ,即可实现最多 1 2 8位 LED数码显示 ;软件上以循环显示与更新显示方式相结合 ,程序简洁 ,电路抗干扰能力强 ,更新一位 L ED仅用两个 PL C扫描周期 .

| Abstract: | The thesis proposes a solution which combines hardware with software to solve some practical problems, such as too many outputs are taken up, too much time is taken by performance, and so on, which exist in the digital display of the middle and small type of controlling systems of programmable logical controller by way of illustrating a practical example. Using only 16 output points, the display interface circuit can realize at most 128 bits of LED digital display by making address decoding cooperate with unit selection; with respect to software, loop display is combined with renew display, and the program is terse and concise. The circuit has a powerful ability against interference. Only two scanning cycles of PLC are taken up for renew every bit of LED. |
