党密切联系群众问题研究综述

密切联系群众问题是时代进步和实践发展提出的重大课题,关系中国共产党的生死存亡。群众路线是党的根本工作路线,是实现改革总目标的最基本的工作路线,而密切联系群众问题从某种程度上体现着国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。学者们从坚持群众立场、坚持群众观点和坚持群众路线等多角度进行研究探讨。特别是十八大以来从国家顶层设计层面加强密切联系群众制度化设计,密切联系群众问题研究逐渐形成高潮。

Review of the Issue on the Party's Close Contact with the Masses

The issue of close contact with the masses is a major theme proposed in the progress of the times and the development of practice,which concerns the life and death of the Chinese Communist Party. The mass line is the Party's fundamental line of work and the most basic working mehtod towards realizing the general goal. The issue of close contact with the masses to certain degree concerns the modernization of the national government system and governance capacity. Scholars' research on this issue uses the method of sticking to the mass position,sticking to the mass view and sticking to the mass line. Especially,since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with the design of the system of strengthening close contact with the masses in the state using top- level design,the study on the issue of close contact with the masses gradually reaches the climax.
