邓小平民主思想研究——作为手段的民主与作为目的的民主

邓小平民主思想是作为手段的民主与作为目的的民主并存的民主思想,他抓住了政治建设的首要任务是为经济建设也即为民生建设保驾护航这一历史规律。从世界各国的经验教训来看,脱离了经济建设,追求形式的和以西方为模式的民主建设,不仅实现不了真正的民主,反而带来的是国家的混乱和民主政治的不可能。作为目的的民主思想又从根本上解决了社会主义民主与资本主义民主的区别,为我国的民主政治建设指明了方向,开拓了民主的内涵和实质,具有很强的现实指导意义。

Deng Xiaoping's democracy contains two aspects: democracy used as the means and democracy used as the objective. On the one hand,he admits that from the historical law that the chief task of political construction serves economic construction and the construction of people's livelihood. The experience and lessons from other countries suggest that when straying from the betterment of the economy to pursue formal and the western democratic construction,a country can't achieve real democracy and may be met with chaos and the impossibility of democratic politics. On the other hand,the democratic belief used as the main objective fundamentally says that the socialist democracy derived from the western democracy give a clear direction for the construction of our democratic politics,developing the connotation and essence of democracy,and having powerful practical significance.
