| 摘 要： | 为确保准确、公正地评估船舶驾驶员航线设计能力,针对评估工作的复杂性和模糊性,利用模糊综合评判方法对由驾驶台资源、航行安全、经济、标绘、报告五要素所构成的航线设计系统进行评估.通过确定评估指标和隶属度,建立多层次的综合评估数学模型,最终给出船舶驾驶员是否具备航线设计能力的确定值.经评估验证,所得到的数学模型比较可靠.对海员适任评估方法改进具有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | The synthesized assessment on the competency of passage planning was fuzzy and complex.The AHP method was used to assess the system of resource,safety,economy,chart working and planning report.With the method,we could confirm the result and give advices for the decision.A real case was studied which manifested the feasibility and operability of the method. |
