不同参数对美洲斑潜蝇寄主选择偏嗜性分析的影响

摘    要:使用单位面积累积虫道数、单位叶片累积虫道数和为害率三种参数比较分析了美洲斑潜蝇Liriomyza sativae Blanchard对菜豆、豆角、番茄、茄子、南瓜、白菜以及8个不同品种(系)菜豆的选择差异性.以单位面积累积虫道数为参数,选择性顺序高低依次为菜豆、豆角、番茄、茄子、南瓜、白菜;以单位叶片累积虫道数为参数,选择差异性高低顺序依次为菜豆、番茄、豆角、白菜、茄子、南瓜;以为害率为参数,选择性高低顺序依次为豆角、菜豆、番茄、茄子、白菜、南瓜.前两个参数的分析结果都表明菜豆是最嗜寄主,但根据为害率的分析却表明豆角受害最重,菜豆次之.利用不同选择性参数对8个不同菜豆品种的嗜好性分析中,前两个参数的分析结果相似,但为害率的分析结果与前两个的差异较大.因此,不同参数对分析美洲斑潜蝇的寄主选择偏嗜性有一定的影响.作者认为单位面积累积虫道数比其它两个为好.

Abstract:The effect of 3 parameters, accumulative insect holes per cm~2, accumulative insect holes per leaf and harmfulness rate, on the host selection preference of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard to different hosts, Chinese cabbage Brassica chinensis L., eggplant Solanum melongena L., tomato Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., kidney bean Phaseolus vulgaris L., pumpkin Cucurbita moschata Duch. and asparagus bean Vigna sesquipedalis (L.) was evaluated in the present studies. The result based on the first parameter showed that L.sativae preferred tomato to asparagus bean significantly, but preferred asparagus bean to tomato significantly using the second parameter. Analyzing with the third parameter, there was no difference between asparagus bean and tomato. L. sativae showed no different preference in 8 different kidney bean varieties with the first and third parameter and significant preference with the second parameter. It could be concluded that parameters could influence the result of host selection studies of L. sativae. Authors suggest that the parameter of accumulative insect holes per cm~2 is better than others.
