浅析辅导员和班主任并轨制——以新余高等专科学校为例

高校学生工作是学校工作的基本任务,是实现高校人才培养目标的基本途径,因此学生工作是学校工作的重要组成部分。2005年,新余高等专科学校高校学生工作开始实行班主任和辅导员双重管理新模式,试行几年后,学校又推出班主任和辅导员并轨制,班主任和辅导员并轨的原因,并轨后辅导员的任务和职责、工作的难点和对策等都值得进行分析、探讨。

The students＇ work of institutions of higher learning is the basic task of school work and eth basic approach of fostering talents.Therefore it is an important part of school work.In 2005,Xinyu College began to implement the dual management pattern in students＇ work and after several years of practice,eth school put forward integration system of instructor and class adviser.It is worth analyzing and exploring the cause for the integration of instructor and class adviser,the instructor＇s task and obligations,work difficulty and countermeasures after integration.
