炼油厂废水处理污泥热解制油技术研究

摘    要:对炼油厂废水处理污泥进行了催化热解产油实验,考察了温度(170-300℃)和反应时间(0-90min)对产油率的影响。温度越高,产油率越高,在300℃时,产油率达54.6%,经60min反应接近平衡。讨论了系统质量与能量平衡。

Abstract:The catalytic pyrolysis of wastewater treatment sludge from a oil refinery was studied. The study aims at conversion sludge to fuel oil. Experimental temperature ranged from 170 to 300 ℃ and Na2CO3 was used as catalyst. Sludge oil was extracted by CH2Cl2. The results show that the higher the reaction temperature, the more the oil yield. At temperature of 250 ℃, the pyrolysis process approaches its equlibrium after 60 min. Under 300 ℃, the oil yield reached 54.6%. By energy balance analysis the optimum temperature 270 ℃ was obtained. And at the temperature, when the sludge moisture content is below 40%, the process was energy sustainable.
