| 摘 要： | 城市土地的合理利用是城市规划与建设的重要工作内容。由于城市规划与地学研究的脱节，规划设计忽视地质环境的制约影响。常常已建城市由于土利用不当造成地质环境灾害失控，给城市经济建设带来了巨大损失。文中探了城市土地利用进行工程地质研究的意义、思路和方法，并以烟台市为例证进行了分析，这对合理利用城市土地有重在意义。

| Abstract: | Reasonable utilization of urban land is an important work for urban planning and construction. Owing to the urban planning being disjionted from geologic study,the condition and influence of geologic envi-ronment being ignored in planning design,geologic environment disasters often got out of control due to theunsuitable land utilizatlon in developed city,which led to heavy losses in urban economic construction. Engi-neering significance of geologic research guide lines and methods for urban land utilization are discussed,andan example of Yantal city is also analysed in the paper by the authors. |
