纳米级高固含量聚合物微胶乳在水性涂料中的应用

摘    要:利用一种改性的微乳液聚合方法成功制得节系列纳米级高固含量聚合物微胶乳,可将高分子质量百分数提高至40%并保持微球粒径小于20nm。同时制备了内部交联表面功能化的纳米级高固含量聚合物微胶乳并应用到水性涂料方面,可得到较好的涂膜性能;超细的纳米级粒子以及料子内和料子间的交联作用是至关重要的。

Abstract:A modified microemulsion polymerization procedure has been successfully employed to prepare various high solids-content nanosize polymeric microlatexes with the polymer mass percent being raised up to 40% and the particle diameters smaller than 20 nm. lnternally crosslinked and externally functionalized high solids-content nanosize polymeric microlatexes were also obtained and directly applied in water-borne coatings. The resulted coating films exhibited good properties,which were due to the nanosize ultrafine particles and the interparticle and intraparticle crosslinkings.
