电力电子技术及其展望

摘    要:电力电子技术是一门迅速发展的交叉于电力、电子和控制之间边缘科学技术。本文综述电力电子器件和电力电子应用,并展望电力电子技术的发展趋势。以晶闸管及其应用为代表,形成第一代电力电子技术,以自关断电力电子器件及其应用为代表的第二代电力电子技术正在不断发展,逐步取代晶闸管类的电力电子变换装置;以智能化功率集成电路为代表的第三代电力电子技术的问世和进一步发展,预示着可能引起一次新的电子革命。

Abstract:Power electronics is a fast development fromtier science cross power,electron andcontrol.In this paper,the power electron devices and the applications of power electronics arerevewed,and the development trend of power electronics is forecasted.The thyristors andtheir applications are the representative of the first genelation of power electronics.The selfturn-off power devices and their applications are replacing successivety the kind of thyristors inpower electron convertors.They represent that the second generation of power electronics is developing continuously.The appearance and further development of the third generation ofpower electronics,which represented by the smart power integrated circuit,shows that a newrevolution will possibly come in electron area.[
