To reduce unit energy cost and pollution, engineer can push cleaner production through substance replacement, energy innovation, resources recycle, waste treatment innovation and useful management and so on, so unit engery cost can reduce RMB10.84,discharge water can decrease 0.23m3,the benefit about economy and environment is very huge. |
