| 摘 要： | 从我国抗灾救灾的实际需要出发，考虑到地域经济差异，提出一种应用灰色聚类定量计算的自然灾害灾情分级方法。该方法对我国建立主体明确、分级负责的减灾管理与救助条款，具有一定的参考作用。本文最后给出了应用该方法对我国１９９０－１９９５年地震灾情的分级计算结果。

| Abstract: | Based on the practical requirements to fight and rescue the disasters in China,considering the regional economy difference, the paper presented a method to divide the gradation of the condition of the natural disaster using the grey cluster. The method was useful to build the management of reducing disaster and the succour clauses of a clear duty in China. Finally, the paper presented the result of dividing gradation of the condition of the earthquake disaster for 1990-1995 in Chinese main land. |
