摘    要:介绍了太原市排水规划和污水规划的编制原则,以及污水规划的实施状况。分析了太原市河湖、水系、公园以及汾河污染原因。污水排水系统成为SARS病毒的传播途径。认为要从根本上解决水污染的有效办法,就是坚持不懈地按分流制原则实施污水规划。

Abstract:The paper introduces the rules of urban drainage plann ing and sewer pl anning for Taiyuan and the present implementing situation of sewer planning. It also studies the reason that causes ditches, channels, parks and the Fen river b e polluted. The sewage drainage system has become one of spreading ways of SARS. It is stressed that the fundamental and effective ways to solve the problem of water pollution is to build up separating systems in which rain and sewage can b e exhausted respectively.
