| 摘 要： | 应用ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素从花芸豆和白芸豆中提取外源凝集素，在平衡ＰＨ６．８的条件下，用酸度梯度洗脱的方法，得到了较好的柱色谱分离效果，用获得的外源凝集素组分进行淋巴细胞的激活培养试验，其效果十分显著。

| Abstract: | Lectins were extracted from white or colour kidney beaus by method of successive chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. ResultS show that under conditions of different balanced pH values, the capacity of absorbed protien onto DEAE-cellulose is obviously different. And when gradient elution of acidity is employed, the results of separation of different proteins are better than when gradient elution of concentration is employed. And the obtained lectin exhibits high activity when it is used in the test of culturing and activating lymphocyte. |
