论宋代民间丧葬、祭祀礼仪与基层社会控制

礼制是制度化的伦理,扮演着社会控制的角色。丧葬与祭祀礼是形形色色的礼制规范中最重要的环节,宋代政府规范民间丧葬与祭祀礼仪,明确丧葬礼仪等级规定,以此确立民间精英及大家族的地方权力场域,形成地方社会整合的核心权力,而宋代民间大家族则通过家族墓祭与祠祭礼,团结家族成员,建构族长权力,加强对宗族成员控制。
