The study of achieving healthy aging in Qinghai minority regions

As the economy and social welfare system of the minority regions in are not well developed, the thesis focuses on the study of negative effect on society and family that brought by rapid increase in aging population and backward economy in monority regions. The thesis concludes that more efforts should be made to promote welfare system for the elderly, strengthen body - building awareness among people and develop the elder populations＇ industry, for the purpose of improving living standards for the old and achieving the goal of healthy aging in minority regions.
