细颗粒湍动流化床中的总体流化特性

摘    要:在一直径0.20m,高5.5m的流化床实验装置上,于湍流流化区域分别测定了分布板的布气性能、颗粒循环速率以及密相段的压强梯度,进而得到密相段的床层粒密度和床层空隙率,并对相应的实验数据进行了关联处理。

Abstract:The characteristics of gas distribution for distributor,the circulating rate of FCC particles and the pressure drop in the dense phase regime were respectively investigated in a fluidized bed with 0.2m diameter and 5.5m height.Then the bed density and gas holdup in dense phase regime were obtained.On the basis of the experimental data,the correlation of the gas holdup(voidage) with axial height and superficial gas velocity was gotten.
