文化育人思路下高职院校人文素质教育改革的困境分析及实践路径

高校人文素质教育是文化育人的重要途径,对于促进大学生的全面健康发展具有重要作用。而当前大学人文教育实践还存在诸多问题和困境。在人文素质教育中,以原有专业为基础,构建人文素质教育与专业教育有机结合的课程体系,以校园文化建设为重要载体,发挥校园环境"化育人文"的优势,以全面渗透人文素质教育思维为目标,深化各个科目教育教学理念,以人文精神的展现为目的,改革人文素质教育的考核方式,进一步推进和发展大学人文素质教育,加强人文文化建设,营造文化育人环境。培养立德、敬业、精技、创新的人才。

Dilemma Analysis and Practical Approach: A Discussion on the Reform of Cultural Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the View of Cultural Education

In higher education,humanity education is a significant approach to cultural education and the cultivation of talents with fine morals,professionalism,skills,and creativity.In humanity education,there are four ways to further humanity quality education and humanities culture construction,and build the environment of cultural education.Firstly,a curriculum system,combining humanity quality education and professional education based on the original major,should be constructed.Secondly,the university campus should be given full play in the course of campus cultural construction.Thirdly,in order to achieve an all-around humanities quality education,the concept of education and teaching should be strengthened in all subjects.Finally,improve the evaluation mode for purpose of humanities quality education.
