间接原子吸收法测定水杨醛

摘    要:水杨醛和盐酸羟胺反应生成肟,由于邻羟基的作用,水杨醛肟和铜生成组成固定的、不溶于水的螯合物,利用原子吸收法测定螯合物中的铜或未反应的铜可间接测定水杨醛。研究了溶液 pH、试剂用量、反应时间及共存物质对测定结果的影响,探讨了用原子吸收法分析常量水杨醛组份的可能性并和重量法进行了比较。

Abstract:Salicylaldehyde react with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to form salicylaldehydoxime.Because of the effect of O-hydroxy group,salicy- laldehydomine react with copper to form a chelat compound with a certain composition,which is insoluble in water.Salicylaldehyde is determined by either measuring the copper in chelat compound,or excessive quantity of copper in the solution.Effect of pH values,subs- tances coexisted in solution,reaction time and amount of regent used have been studide.The results of atomic absorption spectrophotometry have been compared with those of gravimetric method.
