| 摘 要： | 当前,培养应用型人才成为众多地方本科院校的价值取向。但是地方高校应用型人才的培养却面临来自观念、师资和政策三个方面的困境,这些困境极大地限制或制约着应用型人才培养的实现。只有深入认识并剖析这些困境,我们才有可能跳出这种困境。

| Abstract: | At present,Applied Talents becomes the key value of a number of local colleges and universities.However,local colleges and universities are faced with three predicaments from concept,teachers and policy.All these difficulties greatly limit or constrain the realization of Applied Talents.Only in-depth understanding and analysis of all these difficulties,we might be out of this predicament. |
