| 摘 要： | 介绍一个肿瘤多发家系．该家系4代22人,8名癌症患者,占36％．8名患者中5人为多发性肿瘤,占62．5％,肝癌患者4人,占50%,提示该家系肿瘤具有家族聚集现象,呈常染色体显性遗传．

| Abstract: | A familial prevalent carinoma was reported. Eight patients with carcinorna were found in 22 cases of 8 patients studied, five were the prevalent carcinorna patients, and four were the patients with heptoceelular carcinorna. These results indicata that the genetic type in this family was autosornal dominant inheritance. |
