摘    要:在所建立的U型管蒸汽发生器动态数学模型基础上,研究和分析了蒸汽发生器水位的动态特性.根据这些特性设计了蒸汽发生器串级PID水位控制、前馈—反馈水位控制、Smith水位预估补偿控制3种控制系统,并进行了控制系统仿真研究,结果显示3种控制系统都有较好的控制能力,有各自的特点.研究结果对于U型管蒸汽发生器的水位控制系统设计具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:Based on the dynamic model of U-tube steam generator, the dynamic behavior of the steam generator water level is analyzed. A cascade control system, a feedforward-feedback control system and a Smith predictor are studied. The simulation results show that the three control systems have good control quality and each has its peculiarity. The research results can give guidance for the practical design of the water level control system of U-tube steam generator .
