| 摘 要： | 建国初我国在少数民族地区进行了一系列重大改革,在政治、经济和文化上都取得了很大成就,表现在民族教育方面则是民族教育机构的设立、民族干部的培养、中小学教育规模的扩大、民族教育经费的投入及师资力量的培育等。民族教育的发展,为少数民族地区提供了重要的人力资本,有利于少数民族地区的社会发展。
