功率超声场对纳米氧化铜粉体制备的影响研究

摘    要:利用化学沉淀法结合功率超声技术制备了氧化铜纳米粉体,用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)进行了表征,探讨了功率超声的作用机理,并分析了强超声场对制备过程和产物的影响.结果表明,将功率超声引入化学沉淀法,可显著改善粉体形貌,所得纳米氧化铜粒子外貌为球形,粒度分布均匀,分散性好,平均晶粒尺寸为24nm.

Abstract:Nanopowder CuO is prepared by a new method which involves homogeneous precipitation in high intensity field, and the powder obtained is examined by XRD and TEM. The mechanism and effects of conditions of treatment on process and final products are also discussed. The results indicate that it could improve the properties of the powder when ultrasonic radiation is introduced into precipitation .The product has average diameter of 24 nm with good dispersity and sphere shaped.
