| Abstract: | The structure and function of Elsevier editorial system are made a brief introduction.Some new tactics to promote the international competitive of Chinese sci-tech periodicals are put forward,such as develope an commonly used editorial system to improve automatical work level,conformity human resources to construct a running system whose editing and publishing business are separated,cultivate large publishing group taking up periodicals publishing mainly to open up international market. |
