摘    要:为了验证某型风力发电机(以下简称风机)叶片固定螺栓的强度能够满足设计要求,利用DLY-100T液压式万能材料试验机对该型叶片固定螺栓进行了单向拉伸强度实验,得到了螺栓的拉伸极限强度和延伸率、截面收缩率等数据,并对螺栓在使用过程中承受叶片自重载荷和风机运行过程中承受离心载荷这两种工况下的强度进行了校核。实验和计算结果表明,该螺栓能够在两种工况的最恶劣条件下使用,满足设计强度要求。研究结果为风机的设计和安装提供参考。

Abstract:To verify whether the strength of holding bolt used in a wind turbine blade satisfies the requirement in strength design,a uniaxial tension test was conducted using DLY-100T hydraulic universal material testing machine.The data on tensile ultimate strength,unit extension and section shrinking rate of the holding bolt were obtained in the test.In addition,the strength of the holding bolt under the conditions of blade weight and centrifugal load when wind powered generator in operation was also investigated.T...
