摘    要:通过填充Ti,N元素对SiCp/Al基复合材料(SiCp/Al MMCs)进行等离子弧原位焊接,分析了焊缝的组织和力学性能.以氩、氮混合气体为离子气,0.8mm厚钛片作为原位合金化材料进行原位焊接,不仅抑制了脆性相的形成,而且在焊缝中形成了TiN,TiC等新的增强相,保证了焊接接头的性能.力学性能试验结果表明,不加填充材料焊接时,试样拉伸强度仅为母材强度的31.24%;进行原位焊接时,试样强度达到母材强度的50.89%.断口主要表现为混合型脆性断口.

Abstract:Titanium and Nitrogen elements were used as alloying metal to analyze the weldability of SiC partide reinforced aluminum metal matric composites.Microstructure and mechanical properties of SiCp/Al MMCs were studied under the condition of plasma arc "in-situ" welding.The formation of Al_4C_3 was effectively prohibited.A new composite reinforced by TiN and TiC was produced in the weld with Ar and N_2 as ionized gas and 0.8 mm thick titanium filler-plate as "in-situ" material.Consequently the quality of the joint was ensured.The mechanical testing results showed that tensile strengths of samples welded by direct welding is only 31.24% of that of the parent metal,and 50.89% of that by"in-situ"welding.The SEM observations showed that the fracture surface of welded joint exhibits hybrid tough fracture.
