多轴数控加工碰撞问题及其仿真研究

摘    要:对数控加工仿真及碰撞问题进行分析研究,采用通过对刀具扫掠体包络面与夹具的投影是否相交,来作为预判断,再与传统的精判断刀具离散矢量点法相结合来进行完整的碰撞检测,并且通过仿真中的实时碰撞检测,当刀具与夹具发生碰撞时,使对应部位变成红色,相应代码提示出错误报告以便修正.本文通过SIEMENS NX建模、生成数控加工程序,以整体叶轮在VERICUT仿真中实例验证这种算法的实用性与正确性.

Abstract:Research on NC machining simulation and collision problem is analyzed,using the envelope of the cutting tool scanning body and fixture whether the projection of intersection as a preliminary judgment with the traditional pure tool of dis- crete vector point method for collision detection, through the simulation of real-time collision detection when the tool and fix- ture collision make corresponding parts corresponding code red tip in order to correct the wrong report. In this paper use SIEMENS NX modeling and the NC program generated with integral impeller in VERICUT simulation example shows the algo- rithm is practical and correct.
