| 摘 要： | 本文综述了国内外菜籽油脚的利用情况,并采用简便易行的方法对我省某油厂废弃的酸败油脚进行处理。先将油脚分离为粗油及油渣两部分,再把粗油经处理转变为柴油代用品 脂肪酸甲酯,并副产脂肪酸及甘油,油脚渣经处理转化为有机复合肥料。本文中所采用的处理方法简便新颖实用,经济效益明显,可以广泛用于工业生产,是油脚综合利用的一条新途径。

| Abstract: | The paper ralates to comprehensive utilization of rancid rapeseed oil drags, with simple and convenient method treats rancid rapeseed oil drags which has been wasted at several oil mills, Separates crude rapeseed oil and residue from rapeseed oil drags, turns crude rapeseed oil into substitute materials of diesel oil ( methy fattate) by-products fatty acid and glucerine, turns residue into organic compound fextilizer. In the paper the adoptived method is convenient, new original and pracical. The economy benefit is evident. For comprehensive utilization of rapeseed oil drags discovers a new way. It can be used in industry widespread. |
