Abstract:The bacteriostasis of Zuocansu on decades of common fungi and bacteriawhich polluto foodstuff were studied.The study results had shown that Zuocansu hadvery strong killing effect on various G~+ and G~- bacteria which involved in putrid food-stuff and had restrainning effect on some moulds.This study provided some expermen-tal data for exploiting and making use of Zuocansu scientifically.
